The electrician will pronounce my wiring in sound condition and my outlets in full working order. He will remove the dildo from my V-Outlet and the rubber ball from my M-Outlet. He will unhinge the bungee cords, snip off the rubber bands and put everything back in his toolbox. He will take a self-inking rubber stamp displaying the Official Electrician Seal—a circle of about 3/4" in diameter, within which are the words Inspected by No. 151—and press it firmly into the skin next to my V-, M-, and A- Outlets. With a red pen he will also initialize each purple marking. The ink will last several days and before it fades will assure anyone who happens to view his imprimatur that I have been completely and officially UL-tested and approved. .....
